About Alex L. Goldfayn
The Technology Tailor

Alex L. Goldfayn is the The Technology Tailor: a consultant and speaker delivering  results focusing on the psychology of technology.

He has been a guest on hundreds of live television and radio news programs, discussing technology trends and developments and what they mean to audiences.

Alex hosts “The Technology Tailor Show” on WGN Radio every Saturday. The program, which is broadcast to 38 states and Canada, is a “low-tech” technology talk show. It analyzes the intersection of technology and culture in Alex’s trademark easy-to-understand, educational and humorous approach.

For five years, Alex wrote the innovative “My Tech” for the Chicago Tribune. It was distributed internationally to more than 300 publications by McClatchey-Tribune News Service. The column analyzed technology’s effects on consumers and corporations by examining new technologies and how real people and companies use them.

Alex received a bachelor of arts degree in pre-med psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University (with minors in Russian and chemistry...don't ask), and attended a doctoral program for clinical psychology before making a career of helping with technology.

Today, Alex L. Goldfayn is widely regarded as one of the top speakers on technology trends, developments, tools and techniques in the world. His programs are highly customized (Alex interviews audience members before every presentation), delivering immediate take-home value for audiences.

The thousands of interviews Alex has conducted as a columnist and radio host have brought rare and valuable insight into the value of high technology, and the challenges and frustrations it brings. As a consultant and speaker, Alex can bring these experiences to your organization.
